Changed your mind, doll? No stress ā€” here's exactly how it works.

You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags on.

To start, email info@jaeluxe.com with your order number and what you're sending back. Return shipping is on us.

Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it, then issue your refund to your original payment method or JaeLuxe store credit ā€” your choice ā€” within 2ā€“3 business days.

What can't be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Items $25 and under
  • Bodysuits, bathing suits, and intimates
